BKShop char is blocked without a reason..

So, well...
After maint, I logged in shop, split all shares from 09.08 extra, got drops from AoM from bk after maint and set up shop.
I got dc and when I tried to log back, char was blocked. But why? How?
Nothing was sold, nothing wrong.
I only use this account for bk drops and nothing else more.
I am trying to send a CS center to GM's and everytime that I press OK, after write the CS, it says: PAGE ERROR. I tried on my laptop and it says the same thing.
So I tried to call to Korea and a machine talks... I have no idea what it says, since its in korean.
I shouted asking for new phone number and I got 2 different that what I have and both numbers just dont answer.

I got: 008228574933 ( machine AND this one I always talked to gms )

008228574908 ( busy all the time )

If anyone knows other number that I can contact GM, pls reply this post.
I asked too about the CS center and many ppl just cant send CS either. Seems some kal site error. I've tried on Fire fox and IE.

This is serious and any kind of stupid posts in here or accusing me or blaming me gonna be DELETED.
Im not in the mood for stupid jokes from stupid childs...

Well untill 2 days ago I still couldnt. MAKINA and GhotMana has tryed too. I Didnt try yesterday, so I'll try later again.

Now I sent a new cs asking what kind of hack they said that they found in BKShop.
Why I have a feeling that they gonna say: " illegal geons "?
