BKShop got hacked and 2nd pw changed.

Hm.. ok. BKShop got hacked yesterday.
Dont ask me how.. I dont really know.
I went to bed and let my other pc logged with shop. When I woke up, I got in my screen "tried to log in same time". I logged again and 2nd pw was changed. I tried for like 2, 3 times. Char was blocked because of the 2nd pw.
I was selling lasts 2 g56 bows and then split the shares.
I sent cs to gms as u can see in screen here.
I made a new 2nd password, but when I logged, char was in cargo with 0 geons, no teleports, no scales, nothing. But the horns.
Now i have to wait 24 hours to send a new cs asking for restoring the money and the 2 bows and the scales.
Im gonna try to call to gms tonight ( br time ) and ask for restore.

I cannot believe that a DB hacker was hacking BKShop but it must have been so if 2nd pw was changed..
In following I cannot believe that in DB names of chars are registered....

Might it be possible that the account the charcter BKShop is on, is shared ????

I might believe this becauze EVEN me KNEW that 2kkk was limit / is limit for money - I knew it from lv 18 on when I first joined a guild ... and ppl talked about the emense CCFers and how they had bank acc cauze 2kkk was the limit of money in stash and on chars....

I do not wish to open old wounds - but this kIkA by all love and by all honesty is UNBELIEVABLE...

About the 2kkk, no, I never knew about it, because I never had that amount on my char. How could I know that? If even in kal policy dont say anything about it???
About the 3x bk share gone, I can say to u that I a waiting the 24 hours past, to send a new cs asking gms to restore. And as you can see, gm restored the char, cuz got the 2nd pw changed. If wasnt a hacker, how can gm do that????
No, bk shop acc is a SHOP account. Theres NO reason for share anything. Noone lvl the char or sth like that.

And, this kIkA u say unbelievable thats ur thought. I cant do anything against ur thoughts.

many ppl are getting hacked or second pw being changed on them.. so its actually not "that unbelievable".. nd honestly if you can hack a char why not pick one your guarenteed to know carries alot of money.. if added up the 3 bks would have had a combined total of 4kk.. ppl need to grow up.. nd stop automatically assuming the worst always.. making false nd quite hurtful comments.. nd in general quit being jackasses.. nd im not talking bout the reply here.. but more to the stuff said in game in ally chats etc.

there are plenty of questions i have - not even becauze of the situation in the last months and the warnings about db hackers but for many other reasons ...

for 1st question.. was is just a lucky hit or is inixsoft so stupid as to save the names of chars in db

for 2nd q... if they save names of chars in db why wasnt the main account hacked too?
( would have been savest way to get all money)

for 3rd q... why restore char and pw but not the items after they detected that the chars WAS actualy hacked .... or did i miss something ???

if i am not wrong u said char was hacked, u wrote to c/s and they restored the char, u logged in and all was gone

Naroon when i read C/S msgs from CAPANGA i saw that he got blocked once for using fake credit cards and got unblocked cause of a event of unblocking he and makina have acess to bkshop so figure it out..

As far I know, many ppl shouted lasts weeks saying to not buy sth from bla bla shop, cuz its hacked item or sth like that.
piticon, inyourcage, capanga, dezalmado, Angelofmercy... many ppl got hacked that I know, including a shop account from a friend of mine. And I know aqlso, many other ppl that had their chars "kicked" by a hacker when they were playing.

If u read the hacking cs explanation, you will see that gms ask to write them what is lost for a restoration. But, how can I know what to tell them, if I couldnt log in char untill this morning?
Now I know what is missing, so I can send a new cs asking for restore.

Funny thing here is that hacker got from capa only stuffs not locked and everyone knows that. Hacker got from him the money, some waters, medicines, scale, some quests, fish, backed, speeds... not the set or bow or panther..
So, if it was me, what im going to buy for him? -.- I have my own money and if he needs speeds, backed or sth like this, I can buy for him.

1st. capanga was never blocked for fake credit cars. And makina and capanga DON'T have access to bkshop.
3 ppl had access to bkshop. Me, angelswings and ghostmana. Now, only me and ghostmana. I changed pw when angels said she couldnt help me anymore.

I never bought anything illegal in game, but kalcash long time ago.
And about the 2kkk no comment... I already posted here in other topic the ss and explained what happened.

How can I know the "normal time" as u said??? For me, I know what I read in cs 1 on 1 explanation... CS will be read from 10:00 untill 22:00 korean time.
