about BlackList

Hey all
Im Ewola and the new owner of Silberblut's account. Im in the guild "One" . Before I switched to my current account i was playing my Vaga Electus lvl 63 in LORDofVSBClan and as far as i know i was trustable and respected. I never scammed anybody even if i had the chance to.
I wanna ask you to delete me from your Blacklist so i can take part in BK.
If you like I can try to proof that im a total new owner. I never had contact with real Silberblute before started playing on the account and atm im the only user and as far as i know silber has no chance to get back on. Also i didnt knew that Silber was a scammer cuz i didnt play for some month before i took over.
To proof what i wrote i can try to get some screens or something but for this contact me pls ingame or here. Also you can ask SmEE, PowerOfLove, CruelCoroner or other ppl from VSB clan .they can tell you about my old reputation on my knight. For questions about my actual behavior in my new guild you can ask ppl of One guild like Renatus etc.

So @ the ppl who read this post pls vote for me in the actual voting to get me of this BlackList.

He does not deserve to be on blacklist because of what the old owner does.

Ive played with Electus a lot back some in the old days, either in d4 or d3f6.
He've always been trustworthy for me.

And well, i totally disagree with this politics abt keeping new owners on the Black List, is a bit unfair, besides, ppl cant carry the burden of a scammer just bc they bought their accs, sometimes they have no other acc to buy bc of possibilities and requirements.

So, im up for unbanning either Electus and CHEESUS.

The point here is NOT unblacklist ONLY 1 char. We are not talking about the person that u are, but the char that u are playing now.

The point here is about BlackListed chars that have made bad things in BK. Those chars SCAMMED ALL DROPS FROM BK, and they didnt share to anyone so many times! Its not a silly reason.

The vote wasnt to only 1 person. But to every permanent party that are in BK since long time ago, since before what happened with those chars that are in BL now.

When u bought this char, you should know about the consequences cuz of what the "old player" did. Your char is on BL for a reason and a serious reason. And we didnt BL the "Electus" player. But the Silberblut char. You knew that this char was BL before u bought it.

If we know that Pima, Silber and others in BL are playing BK in some char, we gonna block them also.

Most opinion was NO. So, I cant do anything. As I said in the other topic, I have all SS's of the replies. I wont post here cuz its really a lot! But I can send a .rar /.zip file to everyone who want to check.

Well, i disagree that we should judge all cases as one only.
Many different ppl = many different possible solutions and situations.

Pima -> CHEESUS (that always been trustworthy even by getting bk drops and never scamming)
Silber -> Electus (that prolly played with like 60% of the lvl 65~71 players in d3 and d4 and we know he never scammed)
WLJ -> Same


5 different ppl in 3 different cases.

We should judge by individuality not the whole thing.
Is not far ppl to carry the old owners burden for so long.

And we have another different case

Inferno -> Brigiada (this one i still have doubts abt since he had access to inferno's acc when the scam happened)

Anyway, different things shouldnt b judged as one.

i am the new owner of that acc .... anyway ... inferno quited kalonline since many months ... ppl who know me they know that i am trustful ... and kika u know that i was on satanessa when the party have got the drops .... well ... after it happened ... i didnt have fun to play on inferno char when all have started call that char scammer etc ... and i didnt scamm any1 ... then i quited hanin for around 1 year ... and now i came back and bought the inferno char ... and u are doing that again with me ?

I am doing anything to u. It was an answer from every permanent party. They choose. Not me.
LordHrosci has all the ss's. She asked me to send, I sent. You can ask her and check by yourself.
As you guys can see.. How can we trust in chars like you all have now?
ElfenLied got his char back. DrSilence. He stole the char again. ( or idk if it was really sold one day.. )
We cant just trust. Those chars hurted us a lot.

Well, i dunno abt Elfen, neither have much answers abt Brigiada.

AS i said, i think every1 deserve a 2nd chance.

But i do know CHEESUS, both Alex and Julien, i know Pima have no access to that acc anymore.
Ive been with julien on ts, Aragorn8 also have access to that acc somtimes, dunno him well.
But, oh well, is really easy to know who is who there on CHEESUS.

As i said several times, as long as we can prove (each case as individual) that is a new owner i have no problem at all on taking some names off blacklist.

Proofs r necessary, but i still think we cant judge the whole with that many different cases.

well ... after i saw your SS's ... 1st: i noticed that i dont even know many of ppl who replyed you ... and 2nd: to ppl who know me you said them "sry the vote is over" ... not even tank party voted ... so my opinion is to make a new vote for all individual ppl who are on blacklist ...
and describe more about different ppl pls ...

As I said: I asked to EACH PARTY LEADER, to ask to their parties and to reply to me the answer from their parties. I got answers individuals from party tank, some voted, some didnt reply. Fani, for exemple, didnt.
I didnt even counted with Kwartai vote, cuz she replied me on msn, but I didnt counted her vote saying NO.
I waited about 1 month for it, and ppl already BL kept asking me when I suppose to count the votes and bla bla. So, since 1 month after I ask and NONE more replies, I counted.
Thats all.

with individual ppl i dont mean party leader or something like that .... i mean start a vote ... for example:
-- unblacklist [CHEESUS]: YES [ ] or NO [ ]
-- unblacklist [BriIGIada]: YES [ ] or NO [ ]
-- unblacklist [Ewola]: YES [ ] or NO [ ]
... etc

and start it for 1-2 weeks FOR ALL not with ppl who asked you to blacklist ppl again ...

btw ... i saw only 20 SS's ... where are other SS's ? if u cant show ALL .... then its just a FAKE !

i was from KU when infernojerez (aka scammerjerez) scammed that bk and u were already sharing account with him and yes u agreed with that and i could say "helped"
the account was not yours but u used to play there and u are blamed for that too...
if u were a good person u would have logged there and gave back the money that inferno scammed.
u share the account u share the good and bad things about it.

and now u bought the account and its only yours, doesnt mean that u have changed...
u changed the name but one of the scammers who used to play old inferno is still playing.
All inferno's account players were scammers so do u.

unlike other ppl on this topic this character players hasn't changed

well i think u cant read what i wrote before .... so i say it once more .... when they got the drops .... and all started to call inferno as scammer .... and when i logged in on his char .... they also called me as scammer ... THAT PISSED ME OFF AND I QUITED HANIN BECAUSE I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WITH THE DROPS ...... AND WHEN I QUITED ... if some1 kill a person in a house ....the one who killed the person sell that hause ... does it mean that ther buyer is also a killer ?

and to kika ... u should also get blacklisted ... u took 1 % from BK money ... and u didnt ask all ppl if they agree with that ... i mean .. maybe there is some1 who would do that job with 0.5 %?! you took the money without asking all ....even if some1 is afk while BK ... he also get blacklisted ... and he would get only 1-3.5kk.... but u took 4+kk ! .... that i call scamming and you must also get blacklisted!
