**BK BLACKLIST SUGGESTION**

Friend gave a good example:

"You are a good driver with no bad history on your record, you buy a savage Titled car, are you the one that savaged that car? NO! Same as BK, you are a good person, and just because you bought a BlackListed char does not mean you are the one that broke the rules"

If any comfort, I myself, was a lvl 53 archer and 54 hermit when "kIkA's" BK started, ...and I knew it would take years for me to reach lvl 65 (that was the limit lvl back then). Some1 told me that I could make a cjb 58 (the limit back then) within 3 months ...I used my holiday last summer and I did in less than 7 weeks. (that was before repeatable letter quest) This Spring I came back to Kal and and the limit were now 60 for cjb ...well u make more than a bar in 3 hour in FoE storm/r7-8 splash/D5 parties ...between 58-60 ...so 3 weeks later I was 60 ....my attacker that I play are still not 67.

This way u can play ur newly brought blacklisted character and still get BK share

Is that a request for taking on the responsibity and being the new BK arranger ?? ...caz actually I believe that kIkA wouldnt mind

second, what extra work? its not hard to delete a maximum of 14 letters
that make up a name in kal off blacklist, and kIkA has been around a
long time, proving who u are to her wouldnt be hard if u have been
playing a long time

Its not really me u have to convise ...Im sure if u really know kIkA that good and can prove u are a "new owner" of a character that easy ...then she'll take u off the list ...without even asking anybody. But I just guessed it wasn't the case, caz else there would be no need for making this thread.

"the new owner" of Goobed present ur case to kIkA, maybe she'll listen ...it sound like with HimurAKenshiN's help, u can easily correct this mistake ...Im just pointing out, that i'll hold nothing against her in this case, if she simply ignore you. Caz this rule are simple and clear ...and its not like it been a secret

But if a character has been blacklisted, IT HAS HAD IT'S WARNING ...then we are back to the extra work that kIKA has to do, if she have to confirm/investigate all the proves, she will get from all the blacklisted ppl all the time.
So basically u are saying that, if it a friend u know, then he should have a second chance "aka 2nd warning". Caz u been playing a long time, so it wouldn't be hard for u to prove (aka much extra work for kIkA), but a new owner of another blacklisted character, who cant that easy prove shouldn't have this second chance ...but kIkA still vould have to evaluete/investigate the 29 requests (no. of blacklisted ppl) that she will get weekly of these character now have got a new owner

sorry to say its insane (no hard feeling) ... even if she took 5% of the shared to do this work, i think she wouldnt do it ...but im not her

Goobed or "the new owner" ...u sound like a person, I really like to party, have in my guild, even be friend with in reallife ...and I do also hope to see u at BK.

HimurAKenshiN and Hypno Toa, I think its great u are standing up for ur friend ...I just disagree with u on this matter. Of both a pratical and preventive reasons, I find this rule to be fair.

If u live in a civililized country ...there are ppl getting paid (of our tax money), to keep track of who u are and if u should be "blacklisted" from something

yay.. i wanna use a tottaly pointless metaphor.. "guns dont kill ppl.. ppl kill ppl" i dnt believe the chars scam.. its the ppl on the chars scamming..
if its a new owner to the char i do believe it should be taken off.. but its like a scammer scams.. nd gets blacklisted.. thats all great.. but how do we not know they aint being "more careful" on anuther char.. theres no way to actually blacklist all these ppl.. but i do believe that the new owners of chars shouldnt be punished..

Lets see how many more. Impossible check things in only 6 days of poll and with 4 ppl accepting that.
We have more than 200 ppl going at BK, so I believe they deserve to vote too.

I think characters that have new owners should not be punished for sh*t that the previous owner did. I also think that ~80% of the people that go to bosskill think the same; but the previous "vote" that was made, was missleading and not really fairly done.

I think we should not remove any character from the blacklist.
People knew when they bought the scammer-character that the character was blacklisted for emok, so they took a risk there. If they didn't know it then they didn't pay much attention about a little research from the character.

You made a rule, blacklisted people can't be unblacklisted, now you got to stick to it.
If you let this rule slip, you will get problems again in the future, I tell you. People will find a way to fake their identity or something and they will be able to go BK again.

So, here's my opinion, don't remove anyone from the blacklist.

Btw, it's nothing personal to those who are blacklisted and are NEW owners.

a scammer, always a scammer? Who the character? That's impossible for a
pixel to scam .. Anyway, the german who previously played this
account was a fool and did ruin it for me, and I'm kindly asking if the
rule could be twisted a bit to give people who bought a black listed
account some fair help. I bought this account clean, and it currently
has bad armors and a bad weapon, and it would NOT be in the tank party
(even if I wanted) due to it's current armor/wep bla bla.. Hence, it
would be impossible for me to "scam" any drops. I would be in a normal
party, like every other normal BK player trying to get his/her RB/EXP
Stone money for that week..

In all, I think this rule is fair if
the current player IS the blacklisted individual...although players who
aren't the "Scammer" should get a second chance. Like I stated earlier,
the character didn't scam, the conceited child did ^^ As far as I know
I think there are a couple other players who are in my situation and
I'm asking for support and for nice people to help. If this gets voted
and takes affect, there will only be a couple that will be removed from
the black list, and the other original scammers will still be there,

PS. This poll its ONLY FOR CLEARLY NEW OWNERS ( that we really know is not the old owner ) from chars that are blacklisted atm.

Gala made a good point, that people that ARE the actual scammers themseleves can be possibly playing BK on another char..which defeats the bl purpose. But besides that, I was playing the BK on my char before it got blocked and scammed..the character can't scam its a PIXEL, the person is the scammer I know this is hard for you to understand

so.. if i scam then log on my friends account nd go to bk.. thats ok! b/c what you dont know cant hurt you? since your not blacklisting me.. your only blacklisting my char that i scammed on..
