I say unblock him. About kIkA, I don't know if it's true or false, but alot of people tell "he's a scammer, or, she scammed me". I don't care about those rumors anymore, I want evidence. You just say "Kika is playing on a char that used to be a scammer.". That ain't really some clear words. Now even what she scammed or who's scammed by her.

So show us some evidence and we might believe you.

Today it's 20/6.. so it's time to make a decission kika.
Looks like not many people voted.. but majority voted to remove the characters from the blacklist.
Up to you now.

I was expecting many more ppl to reply this poll, but since it didnt happen.... Anyway.

As I counted: ( real names )

10 = UNBL.
3 = BL.

So, from now on, chars that are in BL list that have new owners, and until we know that those chars belongs to new owners, they are unblacklisted.
