**BK BLACKLIST SUGGESTION**

Hello.

As some of you know me as Goobed, I was hacked and perm blocked about 2 weeks ago and lost everything. That is what happened to me and in my case; I wanted to buy a new account to play on. I bought the archer Ewola and have complete and full access over it..but my problem is I'm blacklisted...

People who have known me know I'm an honest player and I'm not a scammer I just need share to help buy armors etc... I'm writing this thread to help myself, as well as other members of the BK society overcome a rule which is not very well thought out. The black list rule states that if you scam anything from the BK you will be black listed...which is perfectly acceptable and fair. Although if someone buys an account and with that obtains complete control over that account in which the previous owner has no access to, should be able to play in BK.

Once a scammer, always a scammer? Who the character? That's impossible for a pixel to scam Razz

.. Anyway, the german who previously played this account was a fool and did ruin it for me, and I'm kindly asking if the rule could be twisted a bit to give people who bought a black listed account some fair help. I bought this account clean, and it currently has bad armors and a bad weapon, and it would NOT be in the tank party (even if I wanted) due to it's current armor/wep bla bla.. Hence, it would be impossible for me to "scam" any drops. I would be in a normal party, like every other normal BK player trying to get his/her RB/EXP Stone money for that week..

In all, I think this rule is fair if the current player IS the blacklisted individual...although players who aren't the "Scammer" should get a second chance. Like I stated earlier, the character didn't scam, the conceited child did ^^ As far as I know I think there are a couple other players who are in my situation and I'm asking for support and for nice people to help. If this gets voted and takes affect, there will only be a couple that will be removed from the black list, and the other original scammers will still be there, thanks for reading Smile

PS. This poll its ONLY FOR CLEARLY NEW OWNERS ( that we really know is not the old owner ) from chars that are blacklisted atm.

The only thing i would like to see changed is:

Permanent Black Listed ppl for ANY KIND of Boss Kill in KalOnline if I get the drops for sell:

party rules are fine, lvl rules are fine as they are and 1% rule is fair, its like a freaking job ...she need to set her real life at hold twice a week 52 weeks a year

Well a dictator is not a perfect way to run an event, then freaking better than with no leadership.

About the blocked ppl, sry to say, but if she should have any change control and upholding some kind of order, they need to stay blocked, sry for u and them, u had ur warnings. Life is hard, most time in real life u only get one chance, at BK u had two

Btw A BIG THX to u guys that are blocked, caz u are helping to scare all those kids around the world thats commin to BK, so the system can actually work

I am the new owner, I haven't had any "chance" I played BK on my previous char with no problems and no 2nd "chances"...I had no warnings, thus the slate should be cleaned.

when u say they had 2 chances, they really didnt, the asshole who got got the char blacklisted did, so y should ppl who pay good money for an account that some asshole got blacklisted be punished for some1 elses mistakes?
i agree that if a person can prove that they are not the player who owned the account when the char was blacklisted, they should be removed from blacklist

I know Goobed personally and know he isnt a scammer, a good way to settle this would be to remove the blacklist from the char if the new owner can prove he is a new owner, not just pretending to be. but give them a trial, and if they prove to be a scammer even once. they are blacklisted again

Goobed NEVER broke BK rules, the players that owned the account before him did.
He bought this account after he got hacked because he didnt want to start all over again.
He's had enough bad luck, he knows the BK rules, he just didnt know the account he was buying broke the rules.
And as for scaring people into breaking BK rules, you're just making people not want to participate in BK because the rules are not stable.
Also, he hasn't had any chances, not him, and a 3D character on a game is not self aware and so the person who controls its actions are liable for them -- he was not the person in control when the rules were broken.

Now he has full control of the character and will never break the rules, to think otherwise is foolish.

...YES caz, why the F*** should kIkA have to do all this extra work ...its not like its a secret list
...and ofcaz NO ...caz (hopefylly) a new onwer would pay much for such a character ...thats official blacklisted

hmmm I'm not quiet sure what u mean by this.

I believe the blacklisted-list do have an effect, and I do think the rule should stay stable, thats why i dont believe in a "second warning"

Starting all over is hard, thou it is easier with friends like Hypno Toad and HimurAKenshiN in-game

Put yourself in the shoes of someone in this situation, like me, would you just accept unfair rules? BK share sometimes is a lot of money and it helps nonetheless I was hacked completely. You wouldn't have the same attitude standing in my shoes.

first of all kIkA chose to manage BK
second, what extra work? its not hard to delete a maximum of 14 letters that make up a name in kal off blacklist, and kIkA has been around a long time, proving who u are to her wouldnt be hard if u have been playing a long time

no my point is that if u bought a char that is blacklisted, hasnt had warnings yet, (unless their normal char is blacklisted also).
ur the one who was saying that a blacklisted person has had 2 warnings, im saying the character should get another chance if the char now belongs to a new person

And about the " warns " that u all guys are saying over here. It was NOT for scammers chars. But for ppl who tried to mess up with BK.
Like... Killing nails while ppl get ready for bk, killing nails BEFORE stormers there, only to kill ppl by proposital and stuffs...
And I added the edited text because theres another topic in here saying that "kIkA is not bk owner and bla bla" ... Thats true. So, theres no reason for me to warn someone if they try or not mess up with BK.

About the chars that is blacklisted for SCAMM AND FAKE ss's, theres NO WARN. Theres a BL.

What I mean by unstable is: The rules are not completely fair, Goobed should not have to suffer for someone elses mistakes. If kIka does not want to do what little work there is to unblock Goobed, then s/he should not have taken on this role. Moreover on the point of instability and more accurately, is the fact that it would not be hard to prove that Goobed is a legitimate player and has never commited or been apart of scams and/or fraudulent behaviour. If you choose to be ignorant and not take his current situation (with the hacking and now this) into consideration then by all means be ignorant, but the polls tell a story and like Goobed said, if you were in his shoes then you would doing the same thing as he is. And as for people scamming twice "legally", no one scammed twice legally, some unknown person to us and the previous owner to the account scammed legally, legally by your rules, and then was blacklisted -- Goobed himself, as a person, as a single human entity; has never scammed.

And let me answer those quetions you're pondering...
Unfair? Definitely, he is suffering for someone elses mistakes.
Unstable? Yes, in the way that its not a foolproof government; much like a terrorist organisation -- followers obey the rules religiously, people contribute to the cause, it has a governing system, there are rules/regulations/guidelines, it is "effective" like you said; but as soon as you throw a spanner in the works then everything fals apart and people run for the hills -- which is what has happened and how you're acting.

DONT IGNORE THE PROBLEM, SOLVE IT.

Remove black listed players who are clearly not the scammer and have complete control over the account, but keep the original scammer chars black listed?
