Have Respect and How to go on ???

100 % agree !!!!

People dont see howmutch work it is.
I have respect for ppl who did that before (pcom SmEE DarkMood DarkThrone) and kIkA who do this now....
Its every day hours work and a lot of stress because never all ppl agree.
even 10% from share doesnt pay the work they do !!!!

Nobody have problems with ppl who complain, but insult..... (and believe me, really bad inults)

kIkA you get my respect !!!!


Other point:
In the time that people really scamm, we made a strong party to get the drops above those people, we did all time our best to get the drops out of the hands from those bad ppl. Most of the time we succeed.
Atm we do it because its nice experience but still we got most of the time the drops.
What to do with this drops ? How to sell ? How to share about all fair people ?

All people know that I am the organiser from my party and people start pm me and really insult me over things that happend. I really hate insult....
I am so tiered from this pm...

Point 1:
Last weeks few people pm me to Order and even Insult me to change the way, to give someone else the drops to sell.

For our party, when we have the drops, few things important:
- 1 person I have to give the drops after the kill, and not discusion about who to give. (not again 20 pm after bosskill: give me the drops I sell it)
- 1 person who we trust, because we dont suport ppl who scamm (for sure it will happend again soon at Hanin, its part of the game it looks like )
- All open on a site (partys, sell and share drops), that all can follow it, all ppl can complain, but NOT insult.... (not again 100000 pm about where to offer, where to buy, where to be for information)
- Collect ALL Screenshots from all actions you do (sell drops, partys, share)
- 1 person who talk when something happend and dont take own dessicion, when someone wanna know something about no matter what move, he can prove it with Screenshots.

For my party atm only 1 person who have that all: kIkA

Point 2:
Last week I got a lot pm about ppl who are blacklisted. Some ppl insult me because they are blacklisted.....
Some ppl insult me because they "scammed", how funny can we be.....

We can give all ppl from blacklist 2e chance, we can give all those people an item, we can give them share again, its ok for us. But how do you think to ask ALL ppl to vote ?
And how do we stop ppl who really scamm our money ? People who go there with more accounts, people who make fake partys and get 2-3-4, even more parts of share ? Thats fair ?????????
And for that we have to make rules, we have to make a line / a border, and in this case kIkA made rules (everything she does she consider with the mainpartys)

But like I said before, its ok to change, if someone wanna do it, its ok to give someone else the change, but who ?? And how we vote this ?
How can you make a system that all players are agree ? and all ppl have a vote ?

I've had a big disaggreement with SmEE a while ago. I assumed he was trying to do the right thing for a long time, but he wend to far in my opinion. Maybe you remember the topic I've made on Kalhq about this, but I've tried to keep in mind all the work he'd done till then and I still respect him for that. A lot more was happening back then what even resulted in PX leaving defenders ally for a bit. But, let byegones be byegones...

Taking people/accounts from blacklist is not so easy. I do believe in 2nd chances, but even that has to be done with care.
- Someone might have been blacklisted for a year and someone else for a couple of months for the same offence..
- Faking ss's or taking multiple accounts to BK's, is that worse then scamming all drop. Should you take chances of getting caught into consideration (taking all drops makes the scamm quite noticable )

I think the current situation is fine.. At least it has been a long time since last BK scamm. kIkA/angelsswing get a small fee for the work they do. It's prolly more then they would grind in the time spend on BK's, but with all the bitching they have to endure...
I think 1% insurence money to see drops are handled as fair as possible is not to much..

Thx all who helps make BK as fair as it is now. It is a hard job and it is even harder to determine what is fair and what not.

if u guys dont agree with tank party decisions and kika rules, just make ur own party to get drops and make a web site/ email / shop acc and get a loooooot of patience cuz u gonna need it, and if u dont do a job equal or better than kika(being fair and impartial). i'll b the first to complain.

I was thinking of making a table showing all punishments for doing wrong things about bk, just like gms have one on c/s police, like:

Scamming bk = Perm BL
Faking SS = 1 year BL
Insulting BK organizers (tank party and kika) = 5 months BL
Wrong SS= no share

or smth like that ^^ (thats still only a thought)
(oh and yes i help kika with rules and in what she needs, like selling drops, updating web and checking SSs when i can but i dont have patience like she and angel)

we should ask gms to make the poll for this month LOLOLOL, is the only way ppl will cheat less on votation (good idea dont u think tooooo tooooo? u.u).
And who gonna sell the drops now? SmEE and DarkMood made a good job but they all got flamed and ppl dont want them anymore... so who?

Who gonna take the drops/check SSs/selling drops in only 2 days and dont complain about that? kika always do it in 2 days and sells at 19pm german time, a time we agreed isnt bad for all(dont forget that we have ppl from whole word playing)

Who wont gonna use their "powers" as bk organizer to Black List ppl they dont like or just dont give share?
kika took easy and helped many times ppl she dont like, cuz she is impartial and take this bk stuff serious. She will never black list or dont give share to some1 she dont like (if this person made everything according to the rules).
She made the rules and she follow them aswell, so if u dont follow it u know what gonna happen.

Kika wont send a f/l to every ppl that goes on bk to ask if ppl dont want her to do the bk stuff... and there isn't a system which we can do it without ppl cheating.

Like i said before if u dont like how its going make ur own party and get the drops, then show us how better than kika u can be. Or just dont come to bk, u are not forced to come.

Insulting kwartai party or kika wont help in anything. Show some respect and be thakful for them to do it for Hanin. Its because of them the game economy is much better and more ppl can still play kal online and pay for their rbs/meds/waters.

PS: kika isnt answering ppl about bk in kal, u all know the site and where to find the information u need. If u have some problem about ur party check rules before complain, if still not clear make a topic and we gonna answer if it's relevant.

Bk organizers will always have some ppl complaining, no matter if its kIkA, lord, darkmood or who ever.
To start with, i always thought that beeing a organizer of bk is a volunteer job. that means 0% profit.
Tho i dont mind that u get some extra's for doing all the work u do.

But if u want to recieve these extra's, u'll need to discuss it with everyone who goes to BK.
Not just the tank party, you wouldnt kill the dragon with only this party.
Most of the time its always the same parties who join weekly.

You could have asked everyone about how much ur bonus should be, when u send shares to party leader, u just ask it there, and they ask their partymembers.

kIkA have done a good job at bk by banning some scammers with mutli accounts, the 4 ss is good to check things too.

But if u want to earn something for organizing, talk to the ppl, not 1 party.

I'm not gona make a vote yet, cause, to me, u've done a good job so far.
But the share u should recieve does not depend on 1 party.

Yes, the idea was to be a volunteer job. Idk if u can understand (since u dont do this bk stuff), its soooooo stressful! U dont have idea how is hard to try to make everyone happy, there will be always some1 to complain about everything. There is always some1 insulting u and thinking u are scamming or doing smth wrong, even when u make EVERYTHING clear and everyone can check to have no doubts, even this way they think u are hiding something. U cant play in peace cuz there is always some jackass to bother u with some dumb question that he can easly find on site, or fighting with u cuz his party leader didnt take screen shots correctly.
Doing a "volunteer" job to be pissed everytime dont worth.
Then we decided to take 1% of the share which is nothing compared to the stress we have.
1% is not "a lot", i dont understand ppl complaining about that...
giving 10~20k to the person who ALWAYS send ur shares as fast as she
can and do her best every BK, is nothing.
(crying about 20k saying their shares is bad is too much greedying and ridiculous)

About asking ppl for taking 1%:
Its IMPOSSIBLE to ask everyone on kal everytime that kika has to make a decision.

So we asked Kwartai, who is the leader of her party so she can talk for the whole party about it, and she said its OK.
BibleBlack (another tank party leader), said some time ago that kika could take 2% from whole share, so we assumed he and his party was ok about 1%.

Well we are not ignoring other ppl who goes to BK but we cant ask everyone opinion about everything.
So think of Kwartai and BibleBlack as they are representing u, since they always take the drops and chosed kika to sell the drops, they are ok about kika's rules.

This job was given to kika and she must have some autonomy to make decisions by herself. Think if she has to ask everyone when she is making a rule, or if she has to not give share to some1 who sent wrong SS.
Rules are made because of bad people not because of the good ones.

Going to a public hospital (which u dont need to pay) or going to a hospital u must pay, can be the difference bettwen life and death.

giving around 20k to be 100% sure of getting fast ur share, and the highest share as possible, worth.

But, as I said in other post, ppl are not forced to come if they dont like how BK is.
And if u guys want to choose any1 else to do this job, ok no problem at all. I just want it's equal or better as kika's job.

And if u want give a try to LordHrosci, ok. I hope she feels like it is hard to take care of a guild and take care of whole hanin.
But before u give her a try, she has to make a web site / email and shop acc. Keep scammers and ppl who messed with BK black listed and dont give scales away before she tells for who she gave.
And if smth wrong happens i'll be the first to shout bothering her just like she do with kika

Gotta tell the truth, i never been scammed by Silber or Pima, they always paid my shares, even on the final scams, but ive been scammed by others and i know ppl who was scammed by all of them.
I wouldnt even support the guys who didnt scam me while i know they scammed others.

And i trust kika, actually shes one of the ppl that i trust more in this game, so, i know everything will b done fairly and good.

As more as i disagree in some points like the way to judge the "unblacklisting" but that wont change the fact that we are all getting our shares in the best way we could, as fast as possible and we r being protected from scammers.
